Call 1.888.312.0648 Option 1. We will need shipping and billing addresses, credit card information, and contact information (phone number and email address for the tracking number).

Mail Order
Please complete the same fax order form, click here for the form. Attach a check made payable to Ceramix Unlimited for the total of your order including shipping ($7.00 Ground up to an order value of $150, Free Shipping over $150 order total). Mail it to the address listed on the form.
Layaway Order
For your convenience we will charge your credit card three equal installments for your order total plus a fee of $5.00. The ordered items will be reserved for you and the order total divided into three payments; shipping will follow when the last installment has been charged.
Layaway Procedure
Place your order as normal and in the comments section note LAYAWAY order. Also be sure and note what date you need the order to be received. We strive to meet your requested delivery date. Please note that shipping transit times increase during the holidays.
