Returns

Your return must be in original condition, original packaging, complete, and timely (delivered less than 30 days ago) for us to process it. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Actual shipping cost for "free shipping" orders may be applied. A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied.

If possible, use the original packing material to return your item. We recommend that you select a traceable, return shipping method with insurance. Remember to keep your receipt and tracking number! Remember to enclose a copy of your order & shipping information and the reason for your return.




Returns Processing

Allow approximately 1-3 weeks after your return arrives back at our location to receive your replacement item or store credit (less shipping costs).

1.) Repackage your items for return to our warehouse.
2.) Include the following:
Name, Address, City, State, Zip.
Specific information regarding your replacement request. $12.00 for return shipping via UPS Ground.
3.) Ship to our warehouse at the Returns Address (below).
